Shipping Policy

Effective Date: March 18, 2026

This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, fulfilled, and delivered when you purchase from Vocabbett.

 

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed after payment is successfully received.

  • Print-on-demand products: Typically processed within 2–5 business days

  • Digital products: Delivered immediately upon purchase

Processing times may be longer during:

  • Holidays

  • High-volume periods

  • Product launches

 

2. Fulfillment Partners

Many of our physical products are made to order and fulfilled through third-party providers, including Printify and its network of print partners.

Because of this:

  • Items may ship from different locations

  • Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages

 

3. Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times (after processing):

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

 

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Product type

  • Carrier rates

Promotions or free shipping offers may be available from time to time.

 

5. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear.

 

6. Delays and Carrier Issues

Vocabbett is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, DHL)

  • Customs processing for international orders

  • Weather or unforeseen logistical disruptions

If your package is delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.

 

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • Reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer

 

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Vocabbett is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

If this occurs, you should:

  • Check with your local carrier

  • Contact your local post office

  • Verify the delivery address

If you need assistance, we are happy to help guide you through next steps.

 

9. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

contact@vocabbett.com

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

 

10. International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Import duties

  • Taxes imposed by their country

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
